I had a great experience with Goliwood Properties CC over the last few months.
As a first time buyer I wasn’t sure what the process would look like, Rose and Nicolette took the time out to guide me through the process and help me complete the forms needed to buy my home. Rose helped me ask the right questions during the viewing of the house and even went as a far as making sure she came to do an inspection of the house with me before I moved in.
The sale of the property was affected by the national lockdown, throughout the last few months, Nicolette continued to keep me informed and did her best to help with any queries that came up with the previous owner. Nicolette was extremely patient and warm and even took the time out to call me outside her working hours to inform me of the progress on the sale of the house. I will be recommending my friends to Goliwood Properties and I am sure they will receive the same professional service that I received.
